President
Yvonne Rémond-Murphy has been a member of the Section Internationale since 2011. Born in Ireland, her first international experience brought her to Germany, where she worked for two years in Köln. She moved to France in 2002, where she is currently working for the Conseil Départemental des Yvelines.
Vice President
Lynne Mphande has been a member of the Association and the committee since 2014. She worked on the marketing committee and became the Association’s secretary in 2017 . She is currently vice-president.
Born in Scotland, Lynne completed her law degree at Edinburgh University and then became a qualified solicitor. She moved to France in 2000 to work as an in-house lawyer in the Oil and Gas industry where she is currently employed. Lynne has four children, three of whom are in the Section Internationale in La Celle-Saint-Cloud, the fourth having graduated with an OIB..
Treasurer
Fabien Delanaud joined the committee in 2021. Born in France, he spent 20 years abroad in Canada & the UK and moved back to France in 2018, where he is currently managing a software company focused on Mobile Money in Africa. Fabien has 2 children at the Section Internationale.
Secretary
Gina Allomong-Cottet has been a member of the Association since 2020. Originally from Ohio, Gina worked as a corporate attorney in Chicago after graduating from the Northwestern University School of Law. In 2004 she moved to Paris where she completed an art history degree at the University of Paris IV (Sorbonne) while lecturing at the University of Paris II (Assas). She then worked at a large international insurance company for several years. Gina and her husband have one daughter who is a student in the Section Internationale in La Celle-Saint-Cloud.
Parent Representative : PRIMARY INTEGRATED-EXTERNE PROGRAMMES – PASTEUR PRIMARY SCHOOL
Adeline Wohlhuter has been a member of the Section Internationale Association since 2018, joining the Committee in 2019. She lived abroad in the USA and Canada for 15 years and completed her degrees in Biomedical sciences and International Development at McGill University, Canada. She joined the INSERM, where she did research on Cystic Fibrosis for 7 years. Back in France since 2012, Adeline has three children, the eldest of whom is in the Section Internationale.

Parent Representative : COLLEGE LOUIS PASTEUR, LA CELLE-SAINT-CLOUD
Cécile Lefebvre Chirol is the parent representative for Collège Louis Pasteur and has been a member of the Section Internationale since 2019. Born and raised in France, she emigrated to the USA with her husband in her twenties, where she worked in pharmaceuticals and raised her children. After 16 years in New Jersey, in 2019, she and her family decided to move back to France and settled in La Celle Saint Cloud. She has three children in the Section.
Parent Representative : COLLEGE JEAN BAPTISTE DE LA QUINTINYE, NOISY LE ROI
Céline Delanaud was born in France but spent 20 years living abroad. She emigrated to Canada in her early twenties, living in both Toronto and Montréal. 10 years later, she moved to Reading, UK where she worked in primary schools with children with Autistic Spectrum Disorders. In 2018, after 10 years in the UK, she and her family decided to move back to France. She has 2 children in the Section, both at the Collège de la Quintinye. Céline currently works at the Marly Le Roi college as an “Assistante de Personnes en Situation de Handicap”.
Parent Representative : LYCEE CORNEILLE – LA CELLE-SAINT-CLOUD
Tracy Smith-Poulet, originally from Wimbledon, graduated in Materials Science from Manchester University and went on to enjoy 14 years in the oil business before experiencing the joys and challenges of being a « trailing spouse ». She raised twins in the changing contexts of Borneo, Venezuela, France and USA, with the children always attending international sections of French schools. Tracy was an active member of the parent-teacher association for 6 years at Awty International school in Houston. The family has now settled back in Le Pecq and the twins are currently in the Section Internationale at Lycée Corneille.
